Architecture Week – The Arts Council

2001 - 2006

With the Arts Council for Architecture Week, I curated multidisciplinary events that explored the relationship between architecture, its users, and the wider cultural landscape. From talks with creatives like Monty Don, Deborah Bull, and Paul Smith; to a dance piece commissioned by Gaby Agis for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and musical boxes in the Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall; I brought together voices from across the arts to reflect on the built environment’s impact.

As part of the founding team, I shaped the press strategy, secured sponsorship, and delivered memorable programmes including three V&A Friday Lates. Our work included 800 events nationwide; fuelled by creative curiosity, public engagement, and a belief in architecture’s everyday relevance.
